There is no “Magic” in managing people. If you want to be more effective with people, you must understand that substantial increase in effectiveness have substantial costs and risks. Those costs and risks are both subtle and ego threatening; but if you are willing to accept them, there is virtually no limit to your potential for human influence. If you are not willing to accept them, then you must be content with your present level of influence because it will not increase.

Values are the Key. People do not engage in behavior because it will be good for the organization or because it will serve your values. They engage in a behavior only if that is the best behavior for them to engage in to take care of what is important to them. Your challenge in influencing others is to show how what they perceive best serves their values. These values include: self-esteem, acceptance, affiliation, friendship, security, freedom, autonomy, recognition, success, and fun.

Power is the ability to affect the allocation of resources. Authority is an organizationally granted privilege to engage in certain behaviors and expect to be supported in those activities: e.g.: to hire, fire, make policy and direct procedures. Power is not authority, and authority is not power. If we want to influence others we must spend more time thinking through our words and gestures, our timing, and our approach. To do so might seem unnatural and forced. (Behaviors that feel natural are merely behaviors we have repeated many times). What seems reasonable may be reasonable only to us. If we want to influence other we must take the time to find out what best serves their values and what is reasonable to them.

Most of the effective techniques for human influence require you to make the first move and to accept vulnerability to failure. Effectiveness requires persistence through rejections and repeated failures. To acquire such persistence we must overcome well-worn beliefs about failure and well-worn, emotional programs that have played thousands of times in our heads. You must give up rationalizing, subject yourself to charges of unfairness, take on costly and risky behaviors, give up some long standing feel good behaviors, and overcome your deeply entrenched fear of failure in order to increase your effectiveness in managing people. This is neither easy nor pleasant, but no other route is as powerful. No other route may be possible.

People have multiple values, many unrelated to money, and as long as they see those values will be served in an accepted way in exchange for the behavior you want, you can get anyone to do anything you want.

Why Develop A Mission Statement?

A mission statement communicates to employees, vendors, customers, and competitors what top managements overall expectations, direction and focus are. Goals, policies and procedures are developed within the confines set forth in the mission statement. The basic function of a mission statement is to convey to the public and employees the direction for the existence of the business.

The Strategic Plan begins with the mission statement. Long range objectives are formulated from this statement. Short and long term goals are then developed for each department, product, and function. Project schedules are the timetables added to the goals to perpetuate and measure the progress throughout the business.

The mission statement is a written description of the ownerships vision and direction in terms easily understood by all employees. The vision is the personal way the company plans to do business. Management and employee decisions are guided by, but do not violate the mission statement. The mission statement provides a company wide bond and a single minded direction and focus.

The mission statement should be a clear and succinct representation of the business purpose for existence. It should incorporate socially meaningful and measurable criteria addressing concepts such as the moral/ethical position of the business, public image, the target market, products/services, the geographic domain and expectation of growth and profitability

The mission statement should be reviewed annually with employees, serving as a constant reminder as to the purpose of the business existence. The vision for the company rarely changes. However, since the mission statement is the foundation from which the strategic plans take root, the statement must be structurally sound.

The mission statement should be posted on large placards or in frames in conspicuous places as a reference for employees and managers. It should also be placed on all advertisements to show customers and vendors that there is a framework for decision making and performance expectations.

The Ownerships is the keeper of the vision and the designer of the mission statement. Other management may be involved in the statement formulation but the responsibility of the complete mission statement belongs to the ownership. Management is responsible for maintaining adherence and awareness of the mission statement throughout the company.

Cash is the lifeblood of your business. If you manage it well your company will be strong and healthy. If you do a poor job of managing your cash your business will probably fail. The single fact that a business fails is lack of money.

If you haven't considered cash management an important issue, then you are probably undermining your business's short-term stability and its long-term survival. But how can you manage business cash better?

You must first start with understanding how good cash-management practices can influence your company's growth. Then dive into forecasting your business-cash needs and learning how to handle a cash crisis. Assembled here are practical pieces of advice,that you can use to get a handle on business cash.

Usually when someone goes into business they feel that all they need is a checking account and a package of Quicken software to keep track of sales and key financial results. But after about a year or so, they realize that there are all kinds of questions. Like, what should we do with whatever excess cash exists, and how would we really ever know for certain if we do have any excess cash?

If you have not considered such questions, you may be undermining your company's long-term prospects. There may be no financial discipline that is more important, more misunderstood, and more often overlooked than cash management. Business owners should be thinking about this issue from day one. But most do not because they have other issues on their minds. So long as more money seems to be coming into the business than going out, many company owners don't give cash management a second thought. And that leaves them vulnerable to all kinds of cash flow dangers.

Luckily, the first step to improved cash management is not exactly nuclear science: just start maximizing cash flow. There are often ways for businesses to improve their cash position simply by making certain that their billing, collections, and payables systems are operating as efficiently as possible. Aim to bring cash into the company as quickly as possible: bill promptly, aggressively follow up on overdue invoices, and, if possible, require up-front deposits when making sales. Then hold onto your cash as long as possible by managing your payables. That means, quite simply, take as long as you are allowed--without incurring late fees or interest charges--to pay your company's bills.

To practice a more elaborate form of cash management, you must be able to accurately assess your current cash position and make fairly reliable predictions at key intervals about how much you will need to meet the company's expenses.

Start preparing more finely detailed and meaningful monthly financial statements that include cash-flow forecasts. Once you understand your cash position, you can often follow a course similar to the one families follow when building up an emergency nest egg: put small amounts of extra cash in a money-market account, on either a monthly or quarterly basis. Granted, you will not earn a fortune, but you will earn some interest while keeping the company's funds accessible.

If your company's cash flow becomes so predictable that you can set aside sums for several months or more, you might be able to make a slightly greater commitment by purchasing certificates of deposit. Although there are penalties for cashing in CDs early, those penalties should be manageable in an emergency. To minimize the risk, buy smaller CDs and try to stagger their maturity dates.

In any and all cases, exercise judgment. The biggest cash management mistake a business owner can make is to take huge risks when investing spare cash. That's because it's all too easy to lose your company's cash cushion, and possibly even to jeopardize your business's survival, by making inappropriate investments.

Your product is the hero of your website and marketing campaign. Visitors to your website want to know what you can do for them. The answer to this question trumps everything else. Only after they feel that you can satisfy their needs will they continue to research what you have to offer. Getting the product right and consistently keeping it right is at the heart of any successful business.

Whoever develops your website and marketing campaign must keep this idea in mind. While company information is important, the first question that must be answered to a new visitor to your advertisement or site is whether or not your service or product meets their needs. In response you must answer “YES”, loud and clear.

The images or banners that represent your service or product on your site should be secondary in attracting attention only to your web site’s headline. Marketing images of your product or service in your layout should be larger that the other elements.

Presentation and layout are important because if you do succeed in convincing your site visitor that you have what they need; they will immediately begin evaluating your layout for image marketing. Are you a real and reputable company? Then say so with your layout.

Present the service or product immediately on your home page. Internet users are both intelligent and impatient and they do not appreciate being delayed in anyway. You must learn to work with your site visitor completely on their terms as much as possible. If you succeed, they might trust you with their business.

If you are part of an affiliate program you want to be sure that the destination page follows all of these guidelines because that is where the sale is to be made. The product features and benefits must be prominently displayed. Professional services are more challenging to represent graphically, but it is still possible using a series of elements blended into a professional layout. All of your hard work in setting up the sale with your marketing efforts and site will go for naught if the destination page is not professional in featuring the product and service as the hero in every possible way.

Sales Is The Name Of The Game. The business success depends on the customer purchasing the product or service. All business efforts must be focused on the sale being made, without it there is no business. So, be sure to get the right product or service for your business and consistently keep it right.

Customer satisfaction is important in affiliate marketing, as in all other businesses. You want to build long lasting relationships by adopting the strategies that satisfy your customers and keeps them coming back. By now I am sure you have heard about the “KISS” principle (Keep It Short and Simple). The best approach in any business is to keep things simple. If you focus on the simple things that have worked for others, you will make a killing in just about any market.

The first place that a potential customer goes to find a product or service on the internet is a search engine. The higher you are listed in a search engine the better the possibility of your site being found. If the potential customers do not find you in their search, chances are that they will not visit your site and as a result you will not have an opportunity at making a sale with that prospect.

What has this all got to do with link popularity? Well, link popularity refers to the ranking assigned to your website by the search engines. It determines the ranking or positioning your page gets when keywords are entered into a search engine by a potential customer when looking for a product or service.

There are a few things you should be aware of and guard against in your quest for link popularity. These can be summed up in two words: Quantity and Quality.

You will not achieve link popularity just by linking up with a large number of other websites. In fact, it may work against you. There are several excellent software products on the market and when you consider the cost versus the time, you can decide which course is best for you.

The next step after you have attained directory listings is to locate other quality sites that will increase your link popularity. Try to find sites that are in some way related to yours, so not only will your link popularity increase, but your customer base may also be expanded. You want to avoid your competitors and look for sites that are useful to your site's visitors. For instance, if you are selling life insurance, someone selling health insurance would be a good link choice. By linking to a related site that will be relevant to your website's traffic, you are increasing both of your site's business prospects - and both of your sites' link popularity.

Remember, your criteria are quality, highly ranked, non-competing websites that have a link or resources page. Go to these sites and objectively assess them. It never seems to amaze me how few people do their homework before going into a home based business. What is more amazing is how little people know about the business they are getting into, especially when it comes to a home based business. There are so many people both young and old trying to work from home on the Internet. Yet few of them realize the workload that goes with business. They have this dream of making it big without looking at what it is going to take to make their dream come true.

A goal without activity is just a dream. And activity without a goal is a nightmare! Many people do not sit down and assess what is involved in achieving their goal. They do not have the slightest idea of the workload involved. They believe that all they have to do is build a website and because it is on the web there will be millions of people waiting for them to open their doors for business. This is a dream without activity! You must realize that you are not the only game in the wide world of business. If you fail to take into consideration how much work is involved in reaching your potential customer and driving that traffic to your new website; it is fair to say that you will not find a way to do it.

If you are not committed to a goal and all of the necessary activity that is involved to reach your goal, you will not have the drive and willingness to succeed. It is easy to want something, but there is this little issue about dedication and determination. Commitment and persistence is necessary for success in any business especially a home based business. It is too easy to get distracted from your work when you are at home. I am always amazed when I meet a new client who is struggling to keep their business afloat. I do not think that they are stupid, but I do believe that they are naïve and lazy. To me that is the opposite of being dedicated and determined to succeed. Most people new to the home business scene have absolutely no idea just what it entails and should be told that success cannot be bought in a can. You must be able to test various strategies in order to reap the benefits of the successes they can yield.

The home based business market is extremely competitive and requires more than just a great website. You still have to commit all of the marketing resources necessary to communicate your site's existence and the many benefits of your products. Being aware of the competition and changes in the industry is a must if you want to stay ahead in the game. Make A Financial Plan And Work The Plan!

In my 20 plus years of consulting small and medium size businesses it is rare that I find a business with a financial plan that is being monitored. Most financial plans are generated to obtain a bank loan and once that purpose is served the plan usually finds its way to the lower bottom draw of the owner’s desk to collect dust. The other day I had an occasion to check one of these plans out with a client whose business was in trouble and sure enough, most everything in the plan had been ignored. If only part of the plan had been followed and monitored the business would have been profitable and not in need of any outside help.

Usually when a financial plan or budget is first put together it is based on the business history, knowledge of the business and industry, and some valid assumptions about the business future. A flight plan is put together in much the same way, however as soon as the plane takes off and winds change, adjustments must be made in order for the plane to reach its destination. The same holds true for a financial plan. Once the business is put into operation, some things change either with the product or the marketplace, and adjustments must be made to achieve the profit objective. Therefore, a financial plan must be monitored to identify the variables as they present themselves.

In a business these variables usually present themselves when a Profit and Loss statement is compared to a Financial Plan. Unfortunately, since most small business owners do not value their Financial Plan there is no urgency to check it against a P&L statement that tells you what actually happened in the business for the particular period of the report. Since the plan is not being monitored it is very easy for the business to head off course and in the opposite direction of its profit objective.

A Variance Report comparing each item in the Profit and Loss Statement (What is actually happening in a period) to the Financial Plan (What you want to happen) will identify the variables and help you identify where problem(s) exist in meeting your profit objectives. Here is a simple method to set one up using a spread sheet. In the first column of the spread sheet list all of the items in your financial plan. The actual numbers from the month's profit and loss statement should be listed in the second column. The third column should have the budgeted numbers listed for the month. The fourth column should then calculate and show the difference or variance between the numbers in the second and third column. In the fifth column list the actual year to date numbers for each item. The sixth column should show what was budgeted for the year to date, and the seventh column should calculate and show the difference between columns five and six. Now you have a report that talks to you. Pretty simple and revealing.

Identifying the problem is only the first step in solving it. You must research further to find what is really causing the problem and then make the necessary adjustments. Various solutions should be considered before picking the best solution, and after implementation, the new solution should be monitored to see if it really solved the problem.

The importance of a Variance Report that compares a financial plan (budget) with a profit and loss statement cannot be overstated. This is an important management tool to control your business and reach your profit objectives. If you do have a Variance Report, I encourage you to develop one and start using it to control your business, it could mean the difference between success and survival. Good Luck!

One of the biggest advantages for doing business on the internet is the low or no cost that is involved in starting and managing the business. Take the place where you do business which is the site, your online store. Most sites can be setup for free by a hosting company. You can either design it yourself or have someone design it for you, again for free.

Products for your business can be obtained for free from various affiliate programs. You do not have to pay for storage of the product because this is done for you by the affiliate. Once the prospect lands on the affiliate’s page they will sell, pack, and ship the merchandise for you. Again, for free. And you are paid a commission on the sale just for leading the prospect to the affiliate’s landing page through your promotions.

Now some promotions can also be free. For instance, you can write articles with links to your site, about the products, and have them published on hundreds of directories on the internet for free. The articles act as advertisement and through the links take the prospect to your site where you, in turn, through links or banners direct the prospect to the affiliate’s landing page where the sale is made. You can also get the prospect to your page through links with other web pages or through your position in search engines. All again for free!

Another way that you can get free advertisement is by belonging to a forum where you can participate in discussions and develop relationships. Your name and site will be listed each time you make a contribution and if enough interest is developed in what you offered; bingo, you have another person following the link to your site.

You can also develop and place a free press release on the internet every time you add a new product or launch a new site. Blogs, Newsletters, and eBooks can also act as free advertisements. And because the internet is free, their distribution is free.

I have some good news, and some bad news. The good news is that there are many good affiliate programs out there. The bad news is that you will have a hard time identifying which are the best. Everyone has to decide for themselves which program they know and like enough to promote on a continuous basis.

When it comes to the best affiliate programs for me, I have considered a couple of things. First, who is my target audience? (And I had to make sure it was not me, a trap that most people fall into). Since most people using the internet are females between 20 and 50 (I read this some place not too long ago). I decided to pick them as my target market and design my site around them.

My second consideration was what this group is buying on the internet. What I discovered was that they were shopping for all kinds of things on eBay, Amazon, and Overstock.com. Upon further research I noticed that this group had a lot of stay at home moms who were interested in earning extra money for various reasons and were heavy into surveys, data entry, and typing jobs. I spread my research further using information that I gathered from search engines and other websites concentrating in this arena. Here I saw a lot of duplication and not necessary things that I would be comfortable with associating myself.

I started to do some thinking on my own and reasoned that if most people use the internet for information, then maybe I should provide some information. So, I have an eBook on how to make money on the internet as a free offer on my website. I also set up a FREE Newsletter where I offer marketing tips on a continuous basis so that I can stay in touch with my customers.

Looking at the web site with what I had up to this point, left some room for creative thinking. My thought was that if these ladies were going to work and shop on my site I should give them some things to shop that are not readily available in every neighborhood shopping strip or mall. So I picked the Playboy store and Fredericks of Hollywood as a special attraction. The Dollar store, Golfsmith, and Entrepreneur Magazine were thrown in because of their brand value. And that is it.

I know I have a site that I am very comfortable with and think it represents the best affiliate programs for my business. That may change tomorrow, but right now I am having a lot of fun with it.

Your approach to finding the best affiliate programs may be different from mine, and that is fine. However, keep in mind that it is a business that you will be getting heavily involved in, so look for what will work best for your personality and your style.

Everyday more people move into the home based business field selling some sort of service or product. New websites are being built by various service companies. I am sure you have seen all the marketing secrets being proposed by the so called marketing gurus of the internet. In fact, part of their sales pitch is that they have spent years discovering the secret and now in less than 15 minutes they are going to sell it to you for the unheard of price of forty seven dollars.

As I recall from Marketing 101 you must first do some research to see what the consumer's needs and wants are and what is being purchased in the market place. After completing your research you develop or acquire the product or services that will satisfy the consumer's needs. You then must communicate to the consumer that you have the best solution for his or her problem and assist them in acquiring your product or service. Oh yes, let us not forget the follow up where you ensure that the customer is satisfied and ask for referrals. Pretty basic stuff and I have personally witnessed this process being applied successfully in all different kinds of industries. And I am sure you have too if you stop and think about it.

Now let us apply this marketing process to the internet and see how creative we can be and if we can discover the marketing secrets for ourselves without spending a fortune. I remember a wise Madison Avenue Marketing Executive once telling me that creativity was simply turning over another rock. That thousands of years ago when the world was created it was complete and if anything was missing all you had to do was start turning over some rocks and you would soon find the answer.

Now we need a product. Something that we can develop ourselves or we can acquire products that have already been developed. Again we can go back to the two directories and see who the authors are and also how they are ranked in amount of sales. These authors of product usually offer affiliate programs where they are looking for people to help them advertise and sell their products. All you have to do is advertise and deliver the consumer to their landing page. You receive a commission once the sale is completed, and the author of the product handles the inventory and delivery of the product. Pretty neat so far?

Well it is here where you have to start doing some work and spend some time and money. In business it is called advertising. You must find the buyer and guide him to the product or service that will provide a solution for his need or problem. Your advertising choices are many. You have pay per click, pay per lead, pay per sale, ezine ads, articles, and many more ways to communicate to your prospective buyer.

Remember if you want to communicate you must first have credibility, so be careful in how you advertise your product and/or services. Do not exaggerate your offer, it must be believable. Your website is your grocery store; your car dealership. You must have an atmosphere that is pleasing to buyers. One that tells that buyer that you are not an amateur, but instead a trained, seasoned professional. The first thing to keep in mind when designing your website, is “surfability”. Take a few minutes a look around at several web pages. What makes them appealing? Whenever I walk into a new client situation the first thing I look for is a business scorecard. Sometimes if I am lucky I find that the client has an accountant who has put together a Profit and Loss statement. Of course, in most small businesses P&L statements are usually done by an outside accounting firm and usually do not get to the client until a month or so after the fact. Rarely do I find that a business has put together a budget (a financial plan). To me this is incredible and a little bit insane.

It is incredible because if you go into any business without a financial plan (budget) you do not have a clue about how much it is going to cost you to operate the business. Without a budget you do not have any control over your cost and expenses which may leave you without a profit. Without a budget you do not have a standard to compare your Profit and Loss statement to see if you are on a track for success, failure, or just survival. Without a budget to compare to you do not have a clue where in your Profit and Loss statement you should be making adjustments to ensure a profit and your business future.

Operating a business without a budget is pretty much like flying in the dark. Ask yourself where would a pilot end up without a flight plan. This picture pretty much lends itself to a business owner operating a business without a budget. Pretty crazy, don't you think? Absolutely insane! Yet I see it everyday as I visit small business owners who are in trouble. And what is more incredible to me is that most accountants and CPA's who prepare these Profit and Loss statements for the business owner never bother to develop a budget for their client so as to make sense of the Profit and Loss statements.

The other day I sat with a new internet business owner and his Marketing Director. They had already spent some money on developing a search engine for their business and were in the process of considering different promotions for their site, as well as, the possiblity of adding some sales staff. When I asked them about a budget their response was that it was too early to think about that subject. Yet they were already spending more money than they originally thought it would take to start their new venture. After some discussion I finally persuaded them to put together a budget. It took several attempts but we finally got them to come down from some unrealistic blue sky thinking to where they will probably end up at the end of the year now that they have a roadmap to follow. It was amazing for them to see how much they really knew about the business journey they were going to take after giving it some real thought. It really gave them a reality check and built some confidence now that they had a plan to follow instead of just flying by the seat of the pants.

Now building a budget or financial plan is not nuclear science. It just requries you to stop and think about what has to be done in your business and how much is it going to cost. Most of the cost and expenses are things that you will control. The unknown is how much sales are you going to generate and when. Here is where you need to really be conservative because you do not control when the customer buys. The best you can do is get his attention, create the desire and interest through your marketing and sales effort. Of course, doing some market research and seeing what the customer is buying will help you to better design your marketing program.

In a nutshell, to be successful in business you must be profitable because profits yield the cash you need to stay and grow your business. With a profit plan (budget) in place you will have the controls to ensure the profit you seek. All of which will eliminate business nightmares and allow you to better enjoy your business and some pleasant dreams.

Well now that you have decided to work from home what are the things that must be considered. The place or space required to operate. Where should you locate your office? Should it be a separate room in your home or will you be able to work in the middle of everything else going on in the family during the day.

You need to dedicate an area where those documents will be kept and worked on and not scatter all over the house. Your business should not be taking over your whole life just because you are working out of your home. You need to set up your office so that it is comfortable and free of all disturbances and at the same time allow for the rest of the family to enjoy the comforts of your home. You want to still enjoy your home with family and friends after you finish the workday.

If you have small children at home it will be a challenge to child-proof your office space and make it off limits for children so that they will not mess with your work.

One of the luxuries of working at home is that you do not have to be inside all day. You should be able to go out on the patio or to a park and work. If you do not already have one, consider purchasing a laptop and cell phone so that you are not always tied to your desk.

Plan your day and how many hours you are going to dedicate to a project. It is very easy to get involved with your work when working from home and ending up working all day and night because your office is so accessible. Parameters need to be set up so that you enjoy your work, your family, and your freedom. Take breaks, step away from your work occasionally and make it a point to go to lunch away from your desk even if it is in another part of the house.

For years I have been asked "How did you get it all together and do all you have done.

The average human being has the ability to achieve almost anything. Lack of basic capability is rarely the problem. We all have great reserves of untapped power. The problem is almost always in finding out what you want. Before we go any further let me define how I am using the word want here. I am not talking about mere wishes now, I am talking about wants that gnaw at you.

Maybe you think you do not have any gnawing wants. If you think that, you are wrong! You have the wants. But they are bottled up where you cannot get at them. Your early experiences and training poured them in and pounded the cork home...And there they sit. Building pressure for their next destructive burst of envy and vindictiveness. They may leak out as blind insistence that all your problems are caused by others. Instead of trying to bottle your wants, learn to understand them. From such understanding springs the knowledge of how to use this vital force to power your drive for greater things. Your drive has to come from this source: There is no other that works for long.

It is often the fear of failure that makes us bottle up our wants. But failure is not the worst possible result. Not trying is! If you try, you can succeed; if you will not try, you have already failed. Do you suffer from this fear? But you will not start without having the desire. The first step is to commit to the goal in writing. The great majority of people never once in their lives will take this simple first step on the journey to achievement. For this reason alone, they will never take the last step the brings them what they wish for...Apathy Stifles More Careers Than Inability Ever Does!

Since you cannot leash your creativity or accelerate your growth until you commit yourself to a goal, any positive goal is better than no goal at all. create desire;
*Profits are based on increased sales, controlled costs,
and reduced expenses;
*People are working efficiently, productively, and
maximizing profits.

What goes into a plan, may sound simple - getting it done
and followed is the tough part.

Remember: "If you do not know where you are going, chances
are you will not get there!"

These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.

The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.

More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They’re not sure it’s worth the
investment of time and money, and they’re scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.

I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?

For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.

I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.
